Libby Groden

Libby Groden will graduate in May of 2018 after spending her four years at Mason Gross studying Visual Arts, a concentration in graphic design with a minor in Art History. The Arts have always been a passion of Libby's, along with gymnastics; she just finished her senior season on the Division I Gymnastics team here at Rutgers. It has been a pleasure of hers to be able to do both arts and athletics during her time 'On the Banks.'

Even before her thesis began in the beginning of the school year, color has always interested Libby, and it is of no surprise that it is the central focus of her Senior Thesis. Libby’s project “Emoto” studies the emotional tie between mood and color and by using colored light and projection, she hopes to provide an experiential, immersive, and fun atmosphere for viewers.
